We work in small tightly knit groups of 10-12 CEOs & Business Owners. We meet once a month in the Tampa - St. Petersburg area. Each member of the network hosts a monthly 90 minute lunch meeting at their company. The host presents the group with relevant information about their company and the particular problem(s) with which they need some assistance. A member of the network assumes the role of a mentor and with the help of the other members assists the host in bringing a resolution to the problem(s). At subsequent meetings, the network receives an update on progress being made. All information gathered is kept strictly confidential. All members of the network sign confidentiality agreements. The network also targets a social responsibility project each year, for which the members of the network pool their resources. There are no membership fees. No long-term obligations. It's that simple.
